Description

They are equipment designed to be operated as independent marking units that incorporate a safety cabin with a rotary table with 2 or 4 configurable stations and electromechanical drive adjustment of the focusing height of the laser head.

Depending on the characteristics of the materials to be marked, the type of laser source with the most appropriate wavelength (IR at 1,064/10,640 nm or UV at 355nm) is selected to obtain the best contrast results or other desired effects. Common integrated laser sources from IPG and JPT.

They can mark the data that is programmed into them and that comes from the network units to which they are linked. The cabin door incorporates a safety lock to prevent the emission of laser light if it is opened while the laser is emitting.

The marking software is determined based on the type of application to be carried out, with the usual use of U-Mark Software from Han’s Laser or EZCAD2/3 from BJJCZ; Both are companies from China with which we have maintained close collaboration for years.
