Smoke aspiration and filtering

The processing of materials by laser generates particles that can be dangerous, corrosive, toxic and/or can generate bad odors among other harmful characteristics.

It is necessary and mandatory to aspirate the fumes generated in the cutting, marking, engraving and laser welding processes, among others.

Fumes usually contain particles of very different sizes, usually requiring the use of spark arrester elements, pre-filters, paper filters, HEPA and activated carbon filters in the units.

Depending on the materials to be processed and the fumes that are expected to be generated, the smoke aspiration and filtering units are configured to guarantee the maintenance of a perfectly breathable and safe environment. Among others, we supply the devices manufactured by JBC Soldering , a company experienced in the development and use of vacuum cleaners with particle filtering; with whom we maintain close collaboration.
