Description

They are equipment designed to be integrated into production lines or as independent marking units mounted on work tables appropriate to the user’s needs.
Depending on the characteristics of the materials to be marked, the type of laser source with the most appropriate wavelength is selected (IR at 1,064/10,640 nm or UV at 355 nm) to obtain the best contrast results or other desired effects. Fuentes láser habituales de IPG y JPT.
They can communicate with the periphery through their programmable inputs and outputs and mark the data that is programmed into them and that comes from the network units to which they are linked. The equipment incorporates a safety lock provided by a PILZ relay or similar.
The equipment can include external coordinate axes (XY), slewing plates (A) and height regulation (Z) that are automatable and programmable.
The marking software is determined depending on the type of application to be carried out, with the usual use being the U-Mark Software from Han’s Laser or the EZCAD2/3 Software from BJJCZ; Both are companies from China with which we have maintained close collaboration for years.
They are usually integrated into basic open support structures, forming versatile systems that are very easy to use.
